Based in the heart of Devon just outside of Exeter and Established in 2013, Project Management & Building Etc brings a wealth of experience and a customer-focused approach to all areas of construction. We believe that every project, regardless of size, deserves the highest level of commitment and expertise.
With over 500 years of combined experience, our team is equipped to undertake a wide range of work, spanning both historic preservation and contemporary development from vision to completion.
Our highly skilled team offer high quality craftmanship and attention to detail for the finest of projects which is evidenced in our previous projects.
We have a proven track record of restoring historic buildings while also being involved in numerous modern construction projects working closely with some of the top Architects in the south west of England our projects.
We work with both commercial and domestic properties.
RARE SKILLS, NO SHORTCUTS
The ability to work sensitively on a 500-year-old roof and, in the same week, deliver a sculptural staircase for a contemporary home is not common.
It demands a breadth of historical knowledge, material, and technical skills that take years to build.
Our team includes master carpenters, heritage joiners, and craftspeople who have worked on some of the most significant buildings in the country.
We are Historic England approved contractors and carry full professional and public liability insurance.
We take on a limited number of projects each year. This is deliberate. It is the only way we can give each building and each client the attention it deserves.
