Project Management & Building Etc was appointed to undertake the complete refurbishment of the historic Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage in Lynton, a National Trust-owned holiday rental property situated in a spectacular coastal location overlooking the North Devon coastline.
The objective was to sympathetically restore and refresh the cottage, enhancing its appeal as a premium holiday destination while preserving its unique character and heritage. The property required a full strip-out and refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards while respecting its historic setting.
